• Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the current subscription rate for the product.
• You can manage and turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings. However, you cannot cancel the current subscription during its active period.
• Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
• If you decide to cancel a subscription during the free trial period, make sure to do so at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period in order to avoid being charged.

Users can register for or log in to a pocketmags account within the app. This ensures that their purchased issues are protected in case of a lost device and allows for browsing purchases across multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can easily retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

We recommend launching the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi area to ensure that all issue data is retrieved properly. If you encounter any issues with loading the app beyond the splash page after initial installation or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store.
